As a lifelong athlete, Christman experienced the value of physiotherapy firsthand, which inspired him to pursue a career dedicated to helping others overcome injuries and reach their full potential.
Christman earned his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. He combines a strong understanding of the human body with a personalized, evidence-based approach to care. His practice focuses on education, manual therapy, and tailored exercise programs to guide clients through their unique recovery journey.
Dedicated to professional development, Christman has pursued specialized training in the McKenzie Method, acupuncture, TMJ disorders, and golf rehabilitation from the Titleist Performance Institute. He is also adept at dry needling and athletic taping.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Christman staying active through working out, golfing, skiing, and café hopping. He also enjoys watching a wide range of sports and exploring the outdoors all year-round.

Martin is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist with a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping people move better and feel stronger. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Sheridan College in Brampton, and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University in Scotland.
He brings a diverse clinical background and extensive experience in managing neuro-musculoskeletal injuries—ranging from everyday aches and pains to complex, performance-related issues. He has supported individuals from various backgrounds including: runners, weightlifters and CrossFit athletes. His expertise also extends to post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation and post-PRP recovery.
Martin’s approach to treatment combines evidence-based practice and client-centered care followed by a thorough physical/functional assessments and diagnostic accuracy. His treatment approach includes a range of specialized techniques including: corrective exercises, Shockwave therapy, cupping, dry needling/intramuscular electrical stimulation, and the Mulligan Concept of manual therapy.

Dr. Kritika Soin earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She is committed to evidence-based, holistic care, combining hands-on manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and clear patient education to help patients feel confident in their recovery and long-term health. Her treatment approach may also include acupuncture, cupping, and Active Release Techniques (ART) when appropriate.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Soin enjoys living the active lifestyle she encourages in her patients. She can often be found attending Pilates, hot yoga, or spin classes, lifting weights to support joint and bone health, or hiking with her dog, Rio. She also values quality time with friends and family—especially over great food and lots of laughter.
